This full day, exciting adventure is for everyone.  With category I, II and III rapids stretched over thirteen miles, enjoy this beautiful river which was once called "The River of No Return," as it flows through a spectacular, rocky canyon.  Along the way, a wonderful barbeque lunch is served river-side.  The Salmon River runs through the largest wilderness area in the continental U.S. and offers incredible scenery, abundant wildlife, and fascinating history.  These trips are exhilarating, fun, and safe adventures.

You will drive to North Fork, Idaho, a scenic one hour and fifteen minute trip from the ranch to meet Rawhide Outfitters.

An additional fee of $105 per person is assessed and payable to Rawhide Outfitters.  Cancellation is full price.  Rates do not include a 6% Idaho sales tax and 3% Forest Service User fee.

For those wanting a little more excitement...try kayaking on the Salmon River.  Rawhide Outfitters has several two man kayaks for those wanting to run the rapids.  The price is the same, but the experience is energizing.  Rawhide guides will instruct those wishing to try their hand at kayaking.  Guests can switch along the river from kayaking to the main raft and back again, choosing the rapids they want to take on their own.
