Triple Creek Ranch Chefs select the freshest seafood, locally grown seasonal produce and organic meats to create our menus. Delectable desserts prepared by our executive pastry chef create a grand finale to each evening. Our private Chef’s Table offers a stunning view of the West Fork canyon and accommodates up to parties of six.
For the ultimate dining experience at Triple Creek Ranch, our executive chef has created a 7-course menu. The tasting menu includes regional, fresh and balanced flavors to pair with fine wines from around the world which are selected from our award-winning wine cellar, perfectly paired to heighten each course to another level.
Chef's Table, $250, per person: Each course is paired with premium wines personally selected by our culinary team. These are world-class wines with some aging but relatively current releases which are found on wine lists at many top restaurants and known for their quality and complex.
Chef's Table, $500, per person: Each course is paired with ultra-premium wines personally selected by our culinary team. This is a far superior wine-pairing experience offered by use of the Coravin System. These vintages include some of the most rare sought after aged wines in the world which you may never have the opportunity to taste again.
