How does Executive Chef, Jacob Leatherman do it? Every guest asks. Jake and his staff will teach you the basics of stock preparation, sauces and dressings with hands-on, in-the-kitchen tutelage from Jacob and his team. Our Pastry Chef will guide you through dessert preparation, and wine expert, Jeremy White will assist you with your wine pairing.
