On select weekends, Jake and his team may teach any number of their unique methods in the art of fish cookery, barbeque and grilling, Italian pastas and sauces, gluten free cooking, vegetarian delights, wild game cookery, proper braising and sautéing or an Asian cooking seminar plus other TCR kitchen specialties with hands-on, in-the-kitchen tutelage. Our Pastry Chef will guide you through dessert preparation and our Sommelier will provide instruction with your wine pairing, beer tasting and mixology for the chance to create your own Lemoncello and infused spirits.
