During our cooking school weekends, Jake and his team teach a variety of their unique methods in the art of fish cookery, barbeque and grilling, Italian pastas and sauces, wild game cookery, proper braising and sautéing plus other TCR kitchen specialties with hands-on, in-the-kitchen tutelage. Our Pastry Chef will guide you through dessert preparation and our Sommelier will provide instruction with your wine pairing, beer tasting and mixology for the chance to create your own Lemoncello and infused spirits.
This winter we are combining our popular cooking school events with our signature vintner weekends. These special weekends will incorporate wine tastings and pairings into the cooking workshop sessions and offer guests a unique, intimate opportunity to enjoy ranch activities in company with our vintner partners, while developing their culinary and oenology expertise!
