Complimentary Event
Our nightly accommodation rates include chosen on-ranch venue location, all meals, house wine, beer, and spirits, as well as a wide array of on-ranch activities for all wedding guests who stay with us.
Any additional guests not staying on-ranch will require pre-approval to attend, due to limited capacity restrictions. For each off-ranch guest approved to attend, current à la carte rates for cuisine & beverages will apply. It is important to note that during our peak season, it is unlikely that we will be able to accommodate off-ranch attendees.
During our peak season of May – October, along with event weekends, and our Holiday Season, we are happy to accommodate wedding groups of up to 8 guests.
In our n0n-peak months of November, January – April (excluding some event weekends/holidays), we are happy to accommodate groups up to 12 guests.
Guests 16 and older are welcome.
Full-Ranch private buy-outs for up to 66 guests, with 33 King Bedrooms, in 25 stand-alone accommodations are available during limited dates during our non-peak season as well. These bookings are a flat rate, regardless of guest count, for 10% off our total accommodation nightly rates at the time of the event.
Guests of all ages are welcome.
While our Pre-Arrival Concierge Team will assist with planning for all guest needs, requests, transfers, & adventures prior to their stay, we do not provide in-house Wedding Planning services, however we are happy to assist with the coordination of your on-ranch event needs.
